Experience the World of OLIVE OIL (Hall 4)
Experience the World of OLIVE OIL becomes the meeting point for producers, traders, buyers and gastronomy professionals. In a blind tasting, trade visitors select the best olive oils at BIOFACH, which are honoured with the Olive Oil Award. NextGen (Hall 9)
At the Workshop Area in Hall 9, trainees, career starters, companies and universities come together - all those committed to supporting the next generation in the organic sector. Whether future professionals, visionaries or career changers, the focus is on practical formats offering fresh impulses, new perspectives and concrete ideas for working in a sustainable sector. INNOVATION STAGE (Hall 4A)
The INNOVATION STAGE in Hall 4A is dedicated to the sector’s latest trends and innovations. Located right next to the Novelty Stand, it offers direct access to the International Newcomers & Start-ups area. In addition to start-up pitches, panels on trade fair trends and product presentations, the Best New Product Awards are presented here on the final day of the trade fair. The Meetingpoint BIOimSEH is the central trade fair platform for encounters, exchange, and discovery. This is where people meet, make new contacts, and discover exciting, also previously unknown organic products.
