Over the course of four congress days, from Tuesday to Friday, all visitors and exhibitors are invited to meet on site, deepen their knowledge and engage in dialogue.

What makes the BIOFACH Congress special

A programme by the sector for the sector: Via the Call for Ideas, everyone is invited to submit concrete session proposals for the congress programme.
Knowledge platform beyond the trade fair: Exclusively for trade visitors and BIOFACH exhibitors, selected congress sessions will be available afterwards as recordings on the digital platform "BIOFACH digital".

BIOFACH 2026 explores how young changemakers are shaping the future of organic food and farming in an increasingly unstable world.

The congress highlights international perspectives from the next generation, who are reimagining organic within the framework of planetary boundaries and global responsibility. It also shows how young and experienced players in the sector are working together to build sustainable systems – and how policy and business can support this transformation.

The BIOFACH Forum explores market and consumer trends, innovations, and future strategies for the global organic market—including natural and organic cosmetics. It provides orientation in times of global uncertainty and opens space for forward-looking impulses. The Policy Forum provides a platform for dialogue and debate on the political framework for a sustainable organic food sector.
